Question Types

You can create the following types of questions

Open-EndedA free-form answer

The teacher types in a free-form question and the student has to answer in a textbox. The question in the top box can be answered in the bottom box

Multiple-ChoiceChoose 1 or more correct option

The teacher sets up a multiple choice question by providing options and checking the correct answers. Student has to choose all the correct options. If the teacher specified how many points should be assigned for correctly answering the question Capti will grade the student's answers automatically. Answer multiple choice questions by choosing all correct answers

Spelling BeeListen-then-spell

Student has to listen to some word or a phrase and then type what he or she hears. The teacher can provide a clue, e.g. a scrambled word, that will be displayed to a student as a hint. If the teacher specified how many points should be assigned for correctly answering the question Capti will grade the student's answers automatically. The student will type what they hear in the answer box
