Exporting and Printing Notes
You have the following options for exporting annotations:
Option 1Export From a Track
- When viewing track text, tap … in the top-right corner to open menu.
- Tap Annotations to open track annotations.
- Tap Export in the top-right corner to preview the exported document.
- Tap Export... in the top right corner to select the destination.
Option 2Export From a Playlist
- In Playlist, tap … in the top-right corner to open menu.
- Tap Export Annotations to preview the exported document.
- Tap Export... in the top right corner to select the destination.
#Print or Export Track as a PDF File
To print a range of pages with highlights and some notes
- Open track on page that you want to print
- Click Share Print or Export as PDF button in the top-right corner.
- A new dialog will open. Choose page range (up to 10 pages) and click Next.

A print dialog will open. Tips when printing using Chrome browser:
- To see highlights and text boxes check "Background graphics".
- If you save as PDF you can email, save to Google Drive, or to Office 365.
- To save as PDF make sure to set "Destination" to "Save as PDF".
#Export All Notes as a File or Save as a Track
Export from one track
To export notes from one track
- Open the right sidebar in tab Notes
- Make sure that the note filters in the top of the sidebar show the notes you want to export
- Click Export at the bottom of the sidebar.

A dialog will appear.
- Click New File to export the annotations to a new file. You will be able to open this file in any text editor.
- Click New Track to create a new track in a playlist of your choosing.
- Click New File to export the annotations to a new file. You will be able to open this file in any text editor.
- Choose file name or track name and confirm.
Export from multiple tracks
To export notes from multiple tracks
- In the left sidebar, open the list of playlists or tracks.
- Select the playlists or tracks you want to export from.
- Click Actions Export
- A dialog will appear.
- Click New File to export the annotations to a new file. This file will open in almost any text editor.
- Click New Track to create a new track in a playlist of your choosing.
- Choose file name or track name and confirm.
